These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website, participation in the ShiftChange community, coaching services, recorded content, and free or paid events operated by Palmetto Medical Innovations and Dr. Patrick O’Malley (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Use of Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or participate in any services, programs, events, or communities offered by ShiftChange.
Educational and Coaching Services
All content, coaching, trainings, community discussions, webinars, and recorded materials provided through ShiftChange are for educational and informational purposes only.
ShiftChange does not provide medical advice, mental health services, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or investment advice. Participation does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, or professional advisory relationship of any kind.

ShiftChange Community (Circle)
Membership provides access to a private online community hosted on Circle, including discussions, trainings, recordings, office hours, and networking opportunities.
Participation is subject to both these Terms and Circle’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Company is not responsible for Circle’s uptime, data storage, security, or technical performance.
We reserve the right to remove any participant for behavior including harassment, misuse of content, unethical conduct, disruption of the community, or violation of these Terms. Removal may occur without refund.
One-on-One Coaching
One-on-one coaching is offered as a separate paid service.
Coaching services are non-clinical, non-therapeutic, non-diagnostic, and non-medical. Coaching does not replace professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial services.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all coaching fees are non-refundable. Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited at the Company’s discretion.
Free Webinars and Live Events
Free webinars, workshops, and live events are provided for educational and marketing purposes.
Registration or attendance does not guarantee access to recordings or future offerings. Events may be recorded, and by participating you consent to recording and to the Company’s use of anonymized or edited content for educational or promotional purposes.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided through ShiftChange, including videos, recordings, slides, written content, frameworks, templates, and community discussions, are the intellectual property of Palmetto Medical Innovations and Dr. Patrick O’Malley.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or republish any materials without written permission. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
Limitation of Liability
